Self Pick Up

We know some people can’t wait to get their hands on their new mattress, so “Self Pick Up” is the perfect option for you. You can schedule your pickup with one of our Sleep Experts. For your security and order confirmation, please bring your receipt and photo ID to our warehouse or the showroom location on the scheduled day of pick up.

We know you’re excited, but before you drive away please take a second to inspect your merchandise before signing the delivery receipt. Please note: Sleep USA will not be responsible for securing your items or any damages that occur to your items or vehicle during/post loading. Our Dream Team will be available to help you load your items should you request them. Please provide your own tie downs.

Giving directions helps our crew tremendously. Please give detailed instructions on how to arrive at the address of delivery to the Sleep Expert you worked with.
Please arrange for someone 18+ to receive the delivery unless otherwise arranged with a Sleep Expert.
Create and/or clear a path to the area where your items will be placed.
Take a moment and inspect the items to ensure that there are no damages.
Make sure any remaining balance is paid. Our Delivery Experts are not authorized to complete your delivery until all items are paid for in full.
